G.I.F.T.E.D. Performing Ensemble Production
The East Athens Educational Dance Center will present a G.I.F.T.E.D. Performing Ensemble concert entitled Live to Dance on Saturday, October 24 at 3:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 24 at 6:00 p.m. Both performances will take place in the Presentation Hall at the Dance Center located at 390 McKinley Drive. General admission is $8.00 with tickets available at the Dance Center.

The G.I.F.T.E.D. (Giving Inspirational Feeling Through Expressive Dance) Ensemble was founded in 2007 by Lois Thomas-Ewings and Tenisha Cole, and is a 16-member children's dance company ranging in ages 10-17 years.

This East Athens Educational Dance Center program is dedicated to reaching new audiences through outreach performances and programs that will educate, entertain, and inspire people to appreciate dance as a performing art.

Bark for Life
Wiggley Field at Southeast Clarek Park host's Bark for Life presented by the American Cancer Society. The event is planned for Sunday, November 8 from 1:00-4:00 p.m.
