Basketball

Youth Basketball - Registration ends Thursday, November 5
We are excited to offer our youth basketball program this winter!

Basketball teams will be offered for the following grades: PeeWee K-1st, (coed), Mites 2nd-3rd (coed), Midget 4th-5th (coed), Junior Boys and Girls 6th-8th. Volunteers coach all teams.

Program Dates: December 7, 2009 - February 20, 2010

Game Day: Saturdays

Game Locations: Thomas N. Lay Park and East Athens Community Center

Registration: Ends Thursday, November 5

Bishop Park - October 5 - November 5, 2009 Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Registration is also accepted at East Athens Community Center and Thomas N. Lay Park

Fee:

$0-$42/ACC Resident (dependent upon scholarship eligibility)

$63/Non-ACC Resident

Adult Pick-Up Basketball at East Athens Community Center
Adult 5 on 5 pick-up basketball games -ten minute running clock for each game.

Ages: 18 years and older
Program Dates: Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 7:00 - 8:45 p.m.
Location: East Athens Community Center - 613-3593
Registration: Open
Fee: $1

Adult Basketball at Lay Park
This program consists of organized basketball pick-up games as well as free play.

Ages: 18 years and older
Program Date: Monday-Sunday
Time: Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.; Saturday: 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.; Sunday: 2:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Registration: None required
Fee: $1 per person
