Ice Cream Social
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! Cool off with a sweet treat and table game competition!

Yoga Sprouts
At Yoga Spouts, we use fun, playful yoga poses and breathing exercises which give children a feeling of well seen in all areas of a child’s life- creatively, physically, socially, and academically. This program promotes mental development and teaches self defense.

Youth After-School Program
Get homework help from mentors from the University of Georgia. Participate in group activities, games, arts & crafts, field trips, and more.

Girls Teen Club
The purpose of this group is to encourage cooperation, teamwork, good behavior and self-esteem in young women.

Day Off School Program: Grin and Bear It!
Elementary students can spend the day learning about all things "bear." We'll play bear games, make some bear crafts & a "bear-sized" snack. We'll also spend some time learning about and observing, Bear Hollow's resident black bears. Pre-registration required by September 1. Minimum 10 participants; maximum 30.

Participants learn about healthy eating choices and sample a wide variety of healthy food choices.

Poetry Workshop
Participants will learn the basics of writing poetry as well as write an original poem and present it to the group. One participant will be chosen to read his/her poem on the radio.

Day Off School Program: Mysteries, Myths & Mayhem
Elementary school students can help us solve some mysteries & resolve some myths at Memorial Park! We'll talk about mysterious zoo creatures and some Athens historical mysteries, make a "mysterious" snack and create a craft helpful for sleuthing! Please bring a sack lunch.
