Arts Classes - Youth Lyndon House Arts Center has seven well-equipped studio classrooms and a children's wing for the community to engage in arts education at any level. Our classes are small to insure quality time between instructors and students. Our teachers are among the finest working artists in the community. The meetings usually are a discussion of recent drawings and characters led by cartoonist artist Robert Brown. Occasionally the club invites adults who have made a career or hobby with their own drawing skills. The meeting ends with pizza and fellowship. Tuesday Art Club A special afternoon especially for our neighborhood kids to create some imaginative art. You’ll draw, paint, make sculpture, and have lots of fun as we explore art together. We’ll explore how art enhances our environment as we create a project for our community. Bring your imagination and your family to the Lyndon House Arts Center to create art from all sorts of recycled material! The ACC Recycling Division is teaming up with the Lyndon House for a day to create art and to learn some fascinating facts about ACC’s recycling program. Parents and children will enjoy working side by side creating imaginative toys and sculptures.
